PROGRAMS TO STIMULATE DEMAND

Industry and regional programs to stimulate demand are key operational elements to promote nanotech products, which have been developed by the Fund for Infrastructural and Educational Programs.

These programs are consistently functioning communication platforms for manufacturers and consumers of nanotech products to promote nanotech products within industry-specific markets and in state and municipal procurement systems. The Russian Nanoindustry Association (a non-profit partnership) is actively involved in implementing these programs.

Programs to create and develop markets for nanotech products and services are meant to:

  • ensure nanotech solution access to existing industrial and regional markets;
  • increase the demand of existing and potential customers for nanotech products and services;
  • integrate Russian nano-producers into global product supply chains.

REGIONAL PROGRAMS TO STIMULATE DEMAND

Regional programs imply:

  • Developing and implementing integrated regional programs to stimulate demand for nanotech products.
  • Organizing the operation and coordination of nanotech producers to participate in regional innovation clusters.

Today, complex programs to stimulate demand for nanotech products are implemented in the following regions:

INDUSTRIAL PROGRAMS

Industrial programs imply:

  • Developing and implementing integrated industrial programs to stimulate demand for nanotech products.
  • Organizing the operation and coordination of nanotech producers to participate in innovative development programs (IDP) for state corporations and the largest joint stock companies with state participation.
